Returns

 Eligibility for Returns Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a refund or exchange.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all packaging intact.

 

Exceptions: Custom-made, earrings and personalised jewellery and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

You will receive the refund within 7 days of the item being returned.

 

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

 

  Faulty or Incorrect Items Report Issues: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at abbysartatelier@outlook.com.

I will arrange for a return at no cost to you and ensure that you receive a replacement or full refund.
